Vision
To see the women of Wesley unite and form a community through fellowship, prayer, and shared vulnerability in an atmosphere of love. Our ministry desires to provide a place to get plugged in and form deep relationships with other women.- We long to see the Lord break the strongholds of rejection, fear, judgment, insecurity, and loneliness that so easily hinder intimacy with the Lord and with others. Through prayer, we partner in the Lord’s vision to break down the barriers of comparison and competition. In doing these things, we want to encourage women to walk in the reality of the truth, live whole lives, and live in the full joy of being the bride of Christ!
Small Groups
Join us Monday or Tuesday nights
Women coming together for bible study, topic discussion, and hanging out! Groups meet at our leaders’ apartments and are always open and ready for you to join! Email Holly or Mollyanne if you are interested in joining one of our small groups.
Events
*PHO-TOE SCAVENGER HUNT*
Join us for some scavenger hunt fun Thursday, March 20th. Teams of 3-5 will be sent out (in cars) with clues around Athens. Points awarded for each item-will receive more info Thursday night. Do as much or as little as you want. Hunt lasts from 7pm-9pm. Meet at Wesley at 6:30pm to be placed on a team. PRIZES AWARDED FOR THE TOP THREE TEAMS! Open to ALL women! Bring your roommates, friends, classmates, small group!
Dessert & A Movie
Tuesday, April 29th. Come take a break from reading and exams! Sit back, relax, and enjoy a movie and dessert provided by the Women’s Ministry! Movie to be announced.
